Acceptance

By creating an account or using any EnviroReport service provided by Entangla, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“you,” “your”) agree to these Terms.

Accounts

• You are responsible for all activity on your account and must keep your password secure.
• Accounts must be registered by humans; automated sign-ups are prohibited.
• You and your users must comply with our separate Use-Restrictions Policy.

Fees & Payment

• Free plans require no payment information.
• Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
• When you upgrade, your payment method is charged immediately and renewed automatically each month on the same day.
• If your site count changes during a billing cycle, charges may be prorated based on Stripe’s processing.
• Payments already made are non-refundable, including partial months, except where required by law.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes. We collect and remit taxes where required by law; you are responsible for any other taxes.

Cancellation

• Cancellations stop future charges. Payments already made are non-refundable, including partial months, except where required by law.
• Your content is deleted from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 60 days—this is irreversible.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts (and delete content) at our discretion, including for Terms or Use-Restrictions violations.

Changes to Service or Pricing

We may modify, discontinue, or add features and may change prices. For material pricing changes affecting current customers we will give at least 30 days’ notice via email.

Data & Privacy

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Uptime is not guaranteed.
• We use industry-standard security measures and third-party hosting partners.
• We process your data only to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Our staff may access your data only to (a) answer your support requests, (b) resolve service errors, (c) safeguard the Services, or (d) comply with lawful U.S. requests.
• We do not store your full payment card details; all payment information is handled securely by Stripe, our payment processor.

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate the Services.
• We own all rights in the Services themselves. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any dispute will be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
