Entangla, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates the EnviroReport web application and related services (“Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you access or use the Services.

Information We Collect

• Account details – name, email address, password (hashed), and organization.
• Service content – environmental site data, inspection records, file uploads (e.g. photos, drawings, documents), and any other information you or your users add to the Services.
• Usage data – log files, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies required for secure login and session management.
• Payment information – handled exclusively by Stripe; we receive only billing-related metadata (no card numbers).

How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and support the Services.
• Respond to inquiries and customer-support requests.
• Improve and develop new features (using aggregated or anonymized data where possible).
• Send essential account or security notices. With your consent, send optional product updates or marketing emails (you can opt out any time).
• Detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing Information

• Service providers – trusted subprocessors that host, store, or process data on our behalf (e.g. AWS, Stripe). Each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Legal disclosure – only when required to comply with law or valid governmental requests.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Data Retention

We keep account and Service content until you delete it or close your account. Back-ups are purged within 60 days of deletion. Logs are retained for up to 12 months to ensure security and compliance.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel who require it to operate the Services. No method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure, but we follow industry best practices.

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Export a copy of your Service content.
• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

EnviroReport is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
